We're Real Talk—a group practice built around talking and being present with each other and the people we serve. We seek licensed, doctorate-level clinicians to join us as independent contractors, full-time or part-time. If you value cultural diversity, you might feel right at home here.

What working with us feels like:

It's private practice with backup. You'll be free to choose your schedule and do your best clinical work without chasing down insurance claims, filling your calendar, or figuring out tech platforms alone. We're a small team, and we like it that way—collaborative, kind, and down-to-earth.

You will be a great fit if:

• You're fully or provisionally licensed as a psychologist in Texas (PhD or PsyD)
• You've been seeing clients for at least a year
• You're comfortable working with a wide range of mental health concerns
• You build strong, authentic relationships with your clients
• You speak more than one language (not required—but a big plus!)
• You're paneled with insurance, or open to getting paneled with our support
