We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team at SOAR Southshore. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices to enhance their quality of life. Your expertise will directly contribute to our mission of supporting individuals with autism and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the needs of clients.
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans based on assessment results.
- Implement ABA strategies and monitor client progress regularly.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients.
- Provide support to staff and caregivers on behavior management techniques.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes.
- 7-8 clients caseload
Requirements
- Current Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum or with developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and professionals.
- Ability to collect and analyze data to inform treatment decisions.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
