BreakThru Services is a leading ABA therapy provider for children ages 2-21. We utilize ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy in a fun and playful in home setting, to teach children socially appropriate behaviors and reduce maladaptive behaviors. Clinical Directors Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Complete Supervision for clinical team
• Complete Individual Service Plans
• Create and maintain individualized programs
• Create authorizations and reauthorizations for clients
• Review program data
• Communicate with families weekly
• Attend monthly staff meetings
• Communicate with VP of Clinical Services daily
• Attend virtual leadership meeting weekly
• Oversee scheduling and address concerns with families
• Complete progress notes and timesheets weekly
• Attend monthly parent meetings
• Maintain a high level of professionalism including dress, timeliness, and communication

Qualifications:

• BCBA license
• First Aid and CPR cerification
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
• Experience working with children with behavior problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience working in home setting
• Must have valid drivers license; valid car insurance; and have reliable transportation

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
