Territory Dental Implant Growth Specialist - Oral Surgery
Hours: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM
Location: Traveling role based in Colorado with up to 90% travel.
This position is open to U.S. citizens only. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be based within the U.S. during employment.
The Territory Dental Implant Growth Specialist manages the training and employee development functions within the organization. Are responsible for driving employee development and growth within a designated territory. This role involves creating and executing training strategies that support business growth and enhance employee performance. The specialist will work closely with regional managers to understand business needs and develop training solutions that contribute to the overall success of the territory.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs that address the specific needs of employees within the assigned territory.
- Partner with regional managers to identify growth opportunities and develop training plans that support business objectives.
- Analyze territory performance data to identify trends and adjust training strategies accordingly.
- Implements training and development policies and programs
- Coordinates with regional managers to identify skill/knowledge gaps and identify training needs, develops training courses, curriculum, or materials, and delivers and evaluates training sessions.
- Develops training tools and systems based on policies and procedures to deliver to teams and managers.
- Conduct training sessions and coordinate guest trainers or subject matter experts
- Documents employee attendance or performance at mandatory training sessions.
- Assesses training effectiveness and modifies programs to improve results.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in training and development, with a focus on territory or regional training.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and instructional design principles.
