How you will make an impact: 

As a Health & Wellness Director, you will provide clinical oversight to ensure high-quality, compliant nursing care while mentoring staff to support their growth and professional development. In this role, you’ll collaborate with leadership across departments to enhance care delivery and implement quality improvement initiatives that promote resident well-being and satisfaction.

Schedule: This role is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm CST and on call as needed.

What you will need: 

  • Active RN License for the state of Minnesota.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving solving and leadership skills. 
  • 5 years or more of clinical experience in assisted living.
