Description:

• Conduct Psy/Soc Assessment and create a treatment plan with treatment goals.
• Deliver therapy services to clients and write treatment notes.
• Monitor and update treatment plans as needed or every 3 months.
• Regularly consult with clinicians in practice to ensure high-quality treatment.
• Deliver therapy services in office settings and/or through Telehealth.
• Consult with all parties involved in client cases.
• Comply with all legal and ethical standards as set by the licensing board.
• Comply with all HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree with current West Virginia License in social work, psychology, or counseling.
• Minimum 2 years of experience delivering direct therapy services.
• Experience with writing treatment plans and therapy notes.
