Experience
Meets requirements established by the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), other applicable professional organizations, and NCH, for residency training, meets the requirements for the Ohio State Medical Board for licensure as a resident, and has made application to NCH for participation in the Program.

OCCASIONALLY: Bend/twist, Biohazard waste, Blood and/or Bodily Fluids, Chemicals/Medications, Climb stairs/ladder, Communicable Diseases and/or Pathogens, Fume /Gases /Vapors, Hand use: grasping, gripping, turning, Lifting / Carrying: 0-10 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 11-20 lbs, Lifting / Carrying: 21-40 lbs, Patient Equipment, Repetitive hand/arm use, Sitting, Squat/kneel

Job Description Summary:
Conducts research, publishes findings, and assists with teaching in a clinical setting.
Job Description
Essential Functions:
- Conducts independent research and experiments under the guidance of a principal investigator.
- Analyzes and interprets research data, and prepares reports and manuscripts for publication.
- Designs and executes experiments, and develops new research methodologies.
- Presents research findings at scientific conferences and meetings.
- Collaborates with other researchers and laboratory personnel to achieve research goals.
- Assists in the training and supervision of graduate students and other laboratory personnel.
- Graduate of an accredited medical or osteopathic school, international equivalent, or PhD, required.
- All trainees functioning in NCH facilities must be in a program that has been approved by the NCH GMEC (Graduate Medical Education Committee) or in an approved residency program of an institution with which NCH has an educational affiliation agreement.
