About Job
Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) We-MOtivate Behavioral Care (WE-MO) Where Behavioral Science Meets Mental Wellness
About Us:
We-MOtivate Behavioral Care (WE-MO) is a dynamic, BCBA-owned and operated behavioral health start-up that is redefining the ABA experience—for both clients and clinicians. Our team is built on the foundation of collaboration, authenticity, and a deep commitment to evidence-based practice. We specialize in applying the science of behavior not only to external behaviors but also to private events, thought patterns, anxiety, ADHD, and emotion regulation. Our practice blends traditional behavior analysis with Relational Frame Theory (RFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based interventions to promote meaningful, sustainable change.
This is a rare and highly specialized opportunity you won’t find anywhere else in the area.
Why Join WE-MO?
