Flywheel Centers is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our Hampton, VA center, a warm and supportive environment designed for both children and the clinicians who care for them. Here, your work doesn't just follow a plan. It makes a difference.

You'll conduct assessments, lead treatment planning, collaborate with families and RBTs, and oversee high-quality, evidence-based care for children on the autism spectrum. This is your opportunity to focus on clinical excellence, without sacrificing work-life balance or a strong sense of mission.

What We're Looking For

• You hold an active BCBA certification

• You bring experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.

• You've led a team and know how to communicate with care and clarity

• You're licensed in the state of Virginia (LBS required)

• You're data-driven, compassionate, and ready to grow
