Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Arkansas

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem

Salary: $70 to 80$ an hour part time

Our Client is a growing company dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral services to individuals and families. We are seeking experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team.

Job Summary:

As a BCBA with our company, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising behavior analytic services for individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Design and implement behavior analytic interventions
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in staff training and professional development

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • 2+ years of experience working with individuals with ASD and other developmental disabilities
  • Strong knowledge of behavior analytic principles and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Knowledge of Arkansas state regulations and laws related to behavioral services
  • Experience supervising and training staff
