Department: Licensed Practical Nurse OR Certified Medical Assistant
Compensation: base hourly $17-$20, with quarterly bonuses, commission structure for sales

includes supporting and closing BHRT packages of 75% or higher for new hormone patients
seen by our provider for a discovery call and then a consultation. Success also involves closing
a minimum of 5 new aesthetic procedures weekly contributing meaningfully to the mission and
success of our practice.

Job Overview:
The Patient Care Coordinator at Anderson Integrative Medicine plays a vital role in creating a
warm, welcoming experience while driving the growth of our practice through new patient
conversions and membership enrollments. The PCC is the face of the business and greets all
patients who call on the phone or walk in the door as you would your mom, your dad or your
BFF. We KNOW and love our patients and our PCC needs to KNOW and love our patients too!

This position supports both the front office operations and clinical team by managing the daily
schedule, ensuring smooth patient flow, handling essential administrative tasks, administering
quick vitamin injections, and enabling providers to focus on delivering high-quality, holistic care.

Key Task Responsibilities:
1. Connecting Patients with their Next Treatment:
● Support the team to convert an average of 3 new clients per week into
functional/hormone packages from inbound leads and referrals
● More bonused goals to come with new InMode aesthetic/wellness services!
2. Greeting and Checking In Patients:
● Welcome patients with warmth and joy
● Verify appointments
● Update personal information in EHR
3. Scheduling and Confirming Appointments:
● Schedule and confirm appointments efficiently and professionally
4. Maintaining Accurate Patient Records:
● Enter and update all patient information into the EMR system
5. Weekly Office Supplies Stocked:
● Monitor stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary
6. Conducting Patient Follow-Up Calls:
● Call patients after consultations to check progress and schedule next steps
7. Providing Clinical Support to RN/NP Team:
● Administer vitamin injections
● Assist with IV support and in-clinic procedures
Requirements for Hire:
● Certified Medical Assistant (Required) OR
● Licensed Practical Nurse (Required)
● Minimum 2 years of fine dining, sales, or hospitality experience (Required)
● High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred)
● Proven track record of success (sales quotas, promotions, awards, etc.)
● Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and EMR platforms
● Professionalism, discretion, and strong attention to detail
