Qualifications:

  • Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
  • Experience working with adolescents, particularly in educational settings
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles

  • Patience and adaptability in managing diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct support to students requiring behavioral interventions, promoting positive behavioral change
  • Collect and document data on student progress and behaviors for analysis and reporting
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to create a supportive learning environment
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities
