The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing behavioral supports and skills development through observation, assessment, research and written plans. Service will be done directly with individuals that the agency supports. This will all be done in compliance with agency standards and procedures. The BCBA will support the Senior Director of Clinical Services in clinical programming and is responsible for maintaining compliance with DHS, CQL and other government regulations regarding programs associated with MRO billing.

Position Details:

• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop person-centered behavioral support plans.
• Provide individual therapy to supported individuals.
• Provide training to agency staff to support the implementation of behavior plans.
• Implement behavior plans as written; review and modify those behavior plans as necessary.
• Complete on-going data collection and data analysis.
• Ensure billable services are documented and submitted in accordance with applicable rules.
• Complete case notes and other required documentation in compliance with regulations and agency policy.
• Meet billable hours requirement as determined by agency.
• Responsible for maintaining compliance DHS, CQL and other government regulations regarding programs associated with MRO billing.

Education/Experience Requirements

• Qualified applicants are required to have a current BCBA certification.
• Preferred minimum of 1-3 years experience in the field of ABA as a BCBA
• Medicaid knowledge preferred
• 1 + years’ experience in the social service field and at least 1 year in a mental health program preferred
• 1+ years’ experience with persons with developmental disabilities preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and proof of automobile insurance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
