We recently expanded into a new clinic setting while continuing to offer in-home services. Our focus is on organic growth, ensuring that we maintain a high standard of care while fostering a positive and supportive work environment for our team.

We are currently seeking 1-2 dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team!

Position Overview

As an RBT at Onward ABA, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and young adults. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing behavior intervention plans, but we are also open to training candidates who have relevant experience but are not yet RBT certified. We provide certification support for the right individuals.

We are looking for candidates with flexible availability to accommodate morning, afternoon, and evening sessions.

Key Responsibilities*

  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
  • Work directly with clients to enhance communication, social, and adaptive skills.
  • Collect, record, and analyze session data to track progress.
  • Assist in skill acquisition and behavior reduction strategies.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, team members, and supervisors to ensure consistency in therapy.
  • Adapt to both clinic-based and in-home therapy settings as needed.
  • Uphold ethical and professional ABA standards while maintaining a supportive and engaging session environment.

Requirements

  • Certified RBT (or willingness to obtain certification with our support).
  • High school diploma
  • Experience working with children or individuals with autism especially direct ABA experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a BCBA and caregivers.
  • Comfortable working with clients with mild to severe behaviors.
  • Must pass a background check and complete company training.
