Compensation & Incentives:

Hourly Pay: Texas & Oklahoma $25.00 per hour. Colorado $28.50 per hour, based on experience.

Essential Job Requirements:

Assisting with indirect supervision tasks for a caseload of learners.
Conduct therapy with clients on assigned BCBAs respective caseload.
Support BCBA and provide staff and caregiver training.
Assist BCBA with parent emails and analyze client data.
Research literature related to client programs.
Oversee implementation of behavior-analytic programs by others.

Qualifications:

Required: Master Level Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field (or within 6 months of graduation)
Required: Active RBT Certification.
Required: Reliable transportation.
Required: Minimum of 60% of BACB Supervision requirements completed.
