Position Overview:
As a School Psychologist, you will evaluate student needs, develop targeted interventions, and partner with educators and families to create supportive learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments and write comprehensive reports

• Participate in IEP meetings and eligibility determinations

• Provide short-term counseling and crisis intervention services

• Develop and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Consult with teachers, administrators, and parents to design effective strategies

• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines

Required Qualifications:

• Masters or Specialist degree in School Psychology

• Active Ohio School Psychologist Certification

• Experience with IEPs, MTSS, and behavioral supports

• Prior school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills

Job Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
