Golden Rule ABA is looking for an O'ahu based BCBA who is serious about ABA but doesn't take their own self too seriously, someone who connects with parents, clients and staff, articulates what is needed and puts together treatment plans based on current best practices in the field. A BCBA who might like to do a bit of traveling from time to time, can share their thoughts and ideas, and seeks to balance work and play.

We are looking for a full-time BCBA with scheduling flexibility.

Knowing how to implement the IISCA, skills-based training, and the enhanced choice model are a plus but these skills can be acquired.
