Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated pre-licensed therapists (LAMFT, APC, LMSW) who are passionate about making a difference in the mental health field. This role is ideal for professionals working toward full licensure.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to a diverse client population.
• Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (e.g., progress notes, BIRP notes).
• Collaborate with supervisors, clinical directors, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Attend required supervision, training, and staff meetings.
• Follow ethical guidelines and agency protocols.

Qualifications

• Must hold one of the following credentials in Georgia:
• LAMFT – Licensed Associate Marriage & Family Therapist
• APC – Associate Professional Counselor
• LMSW – Licensed Master Social Worker
• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong commitment to ethical practice and professional growth.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Bilingual (Spanish/English or other languages)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or trauma
• Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., TherapyNotes)

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
