About Job

Immediate opening for an experienced Fire Service Coordinator who comes from the fire alarm industry.

Location: CA - Pleasanton

OVERVIEW:
This position goes beyond the typical responsibilities of a coordinator, dispatcher, or scheduler. The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Providing comprehensive support for Customer Support Programs, which includes scheduling work, tracking costs, managing contract renewals, invoicing, contract bookings, and ensuring contract renewals.
  • Scheduling and following up on all monthly maintenance customer accounts, ensuring timely communication with contract customers, key customers, and subcontractors.
  • Managing service delivery to assigned accounts.

Preferred qualifications for candidates include:
  • 3-5 years of experience in fieldwork, dispatch, sales, administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a construction industry environment.
  • Some knowledge or experience with fire alarms.
  • Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • A strong customer focus, anticipating and addressing customer needs without prompting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Basic financial knowledge, including an understanding of accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, and work orders.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.

Schedule: In office M-TH, 8-5pm, can work remote on Fridays.

Salary range: $60-80k, based on experience
