A position is available for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide specialized social work services within a school setting in Sunnyvale, CA. This contract-to-hire role offers an opportunity to support K-12 students across one school, with assignments based on the best fit for the candidates skills and interests. The position is set to begin as soon as possible and continue through the end of the school year, working approximately 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individual and group social work interventions for students K-12
• Collaborate with school staff and families to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide ongoing support
• Advocate for student needs within the educational environment
• Maintain documentation in compliance with district and legal requirements

Qualifications:

• Current LCSW license required; PPS credential not necessary
• Experience working with children and adolescents in school or clinical settings
• Strong understanding of issues affecting diverse student populations
• Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Effective communication and organizational skills
