NuThera Medical Group is a dynamic, trauma-informed practice based in Las Vegas, specializing in integrative care for federal employees, injured workers, and underserved populations. We provide mental health services in partnership with our medical and psychiatric providers, including treatment for patients with accepted conditions under the Department of Labor (OWCP/FECA).

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Nevada-licensed LCSW to join our team as an independent contractor. You’ll work with a steady flow of referrals, conducting intakes and providing therapy sessions for patients with accepted psychiatric diagnoses such as PTSD, anxiety, and depression.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations (CPT 90791)
• Provide individual psychotherapy (CPT 90837, 90834)
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in our EMR
• Collaborate with medical team to support integrated treatment plans
• Comply with ethical and licensing standards

Requirements:

• Active LCSW license in Nevada
• Strong clinical judgment and trauma-informed care approach
• Must carry malpractice insurance
• Prior OWCP/DOL experience preferred but not required
• Ability to complete documentation within 24 hours of sessions

Preferred:

• Familiarity with federal workers’ compensation
• Experience treating PTSD, mood disorders, or adjustment disorders
• Bilingual is a plus but not required
