Located in Covington and Loganville, GA, we are looking for a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to join our dedicated team.

THE BASICS
Pay: We offer a competitive pay range of $20 - $25 per hour with paid cancellations. **We have multiple positions open and have a BYOC (build your own caseload) to create a full time position with benefits and paid drive time.**

Schedule: Your workweek will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM - 1 PM and 4 PM - 7 PM. Schedules stay the same M-F and offer you flexibility! Enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Plus, say goodbye to weekend work!

YOUR DAY AS AN REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN (RBT)
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will spend your days providing one-on-one ABA services to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Your mornings and afternoons will be filled with engaging and enjoyable sessions, tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You will collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A REGISTERED BEHAVIOR TECHNICIAN

Valid RBT certification OR in the progress of taking the RBT Exam within 2-4 weeks

Ability to follow written instructions

Reading comprehension of behavioral goals

Adherence to BACB Ethics Code

Experience as an RBT/BT

Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes

Comfort working in various settings and with different clients

Candidates with an associate, bachelors, or any other advanced degree are
encouraged to apply!
