Rite of Passage Team is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Alliance Family Services in Reno, NV.

Alliance Family Services offers ABA services to children and families in the Reno metropolitan area. Our services are designated to provide support for families in need of positive changes. At Alliance Family Services, we are dedicated to promoting independence and quality of life for all those we serve. We provide high-quality therapeutic office, community, school-based, and home-based treatment with support services to assist our clients in addressing, managing, and overcoming serious emotional, psychological, and behavioral problems and will find a warm and professional environment with staff available to assist them on the road to improvement.

Pay: Staring pay $75,000 to $85,0000 a year DOE. $5,000.00 Sign-on Bonus ($2,500 at 6 Months and $2,500 at 1 year)

What you will do: As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing behavior intervention programs for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, analyzing data, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and designing and supervising ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) interventions.

To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age ~ Possess a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field ~Licensed in the state of Nevada ~ Strong clinical and analytical skills in assessing and addressing challenging behaviors ~ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members ~ Ability to adapt and customize behavior intervention programs to meet the unique needs of each individual ~ Must possess a current State Driver's License and Insurance ~Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test ~ Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday ~ 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
