Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health, Addictions, or related field (LSW preferred but not required).
  • Completed clinical practicum, internship, or field placement during your graduate program (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in diagnosing and providing individual therapy is preferred but not required.
  • PA State Police Criminal History Check.
  • PA Child Abuse History Clearance.
  • FBI Clearance through the Department of Human Services.

Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist – Master’s Degree in Human Services

Pennsylvania Counseling Services (PCS) is looking for a dedicated Drug & Alcohol Outpatient Therapist to support individuals and families on their path to recovery.

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct assessments and provide individual and group therapy for clients with substance use and co-occurring disorders.
  • Work within a multidisciplinary team to guide clients toward long-term recovery.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday-Friday, with two evening shifts per week.
  • Once your caseload is established, work 30 hours per week.
  • Office hours:
    • Monday-Thursday: 8 AM - 8 PM
    • Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
