Position Overview:

As a School Psychologist, you will assess student needs, participate in IEP development, and collaborate with educators and families to promote success and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete psychoeducational assessments and prepare clear reports

  • Support eligibility determination and help develop IEP goals

  • Participate in MTSS/RTI problem-solving teams

  • Provide short-term counseling and crisis support when needed

  • Consult with teachers and staff on behavior and learning strategies

  • Maintain documentation in line with district and state regulations

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters or Specialist-level degree in School Psychology

  • Active New Jersey School Psychologist Certification (DOE)

  • Experience with special education processes and behavioral interventions

  • Familiarity with FBA, BIP, and IEP development

  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Job Details:

  • Type: Full-time, onsite

  • Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

  • Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
