SBT (Skills Based Training) Implementer

KCT is looking for an RBT with 2 or more years of experience to support clients through implementation of Skill Based Treatment (SBT) to reduce problem behavior and support learning across environments. SBT training through FTF Consulting will be provided in orientation in addition to training by a SBT- credentialed BCBA.

Responsibilities and Duties

Providing individual and group ABA intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Implementation of treatment and behavior plans under the direction of a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)
Guide skill acquisition and behavior management in clinic and classroom settings for assigned clients in-line with Today’s ABA principles
Complete accurate, real-time data collection via various documentation mediums
Participate in ongoing training, staff development, and continuing education for professional growth
Provide summary of client’s therapy day at pick-up
Achieve and maintain RBT certification
Collaboration with other service providers (ST, OT, PT)

K1ds Count Therapy is an Indiana-based, owner-operated organization that has been providing pediatric services since 2014.
