Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioral health, particularly in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism. This role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing direct support to clients to enhance their quality of life. The BCBA will collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to implement effective behavioral interventions.
Duties
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify behavioral challenges and needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on diagnostic evaluations.
- Provide direct patient care, focusing on improving behaviors and skills for individuals with developmental disabilities and autism.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation related to patient care.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with healthcare professionals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Train and support staff and caregivers in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
Experience
- A minimum of a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field is required.
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst is mandatory.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism is preferred.
- Proficiency in patient assessment techniques and behavioral health practices is essential.
- Familiarity with medical documentation processes and terminology is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
