Heard Counseling is a fully virtual therapy group practice dedicated to making online therapy accessible across Texas and beyond. Our mission is to provide high-quality, compassionate mental health care while reducing the barriers and stigma associated with seeking therapy. We support adults, adolescents, young professionals, and college-aged individuals through a client-centered, evidence-based approach.

We are seeking licensed therapists (LPCs) who are:

Responsibilities

• Provide online therapy sessions (minimum 12 hours per week)
• Build and manage a consistent caseload
• Participate in group supervision and peer consultations
• Facilitate groups/workshops as needed
• Engage in continued professional development

Requirements

✔ Active LPC license in Texas

✔ Experience with trauma, mindfulness, or attachment-based treatments

✔ Private, confidential, and professional home office setup

✔ Strong interpersonal skills and commitment to ethical care

✔ Interest in long-term growth and leadership roles

✔ Prior private practice or telehealth experience

Pay: $36,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
