About the Role:
We are seeking a confident, compassionate, and professional Care Coordinator / Client Relations Supervisor to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in converting leads into clients, providing in-home consultations, and building trust with families who need personal care services for their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to new client inquiries and schedule home visits
• Conduct in-home consultations to explain our services and enrollment process
• Build trust with families and potential clients
• Guide clients through paperwork and Medicaid service authorization (if applicable)
• Follow up with leads consistently until closed
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and families
• Deliver service updates and gather client feedback during periodic home visits
• Act as the bridge between our office and the field

Ideal Candidate:

• Friendly, outgoing, and persuasive communicator
• Comfortable meeting with families face-to-face in their homes
• Organized and reliable with strong follow-through
• Previous experience in home care, PCS, social services, or sales (preferred)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

Compensation:

• Fixed hourly rate (based on experience)
• Commission for every successful client sign-up
• Bonuses based on monthly lead conversions
• Mileage reimbursement available for long-distance travel

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
