Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Psychologist to join our team to provide psychological disability evaluations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in psychological assessment and documentation skills. This role involves working with adult and youth applicants applying for Social Security Disability benefits presenting with a range of mental health issues, including PTSD, addiction, and autism spectrum disorders. The Clinical Psychologist will be responsible for completing clinical interviews, a mental status exam and writing a report detailing the findings.

Duties

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations to determine the impact of mental health on disability claims.
• Create a comprehensive medical report including accurate and complete descriptions of the applicant's condition(s).
• Submit documentation within three days of completion of the evaluation.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.
• Potential adult and child IQ testing opportunities available.

Experience

• A Doctorate in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) from an accredited institution is required.
• Current state licensure as a Clinical Psychologist is mandatory for practice.
• Experience in psychological testing and evaluations.
• Spanish speaking encouraged to apply.
