Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) - Full Time and Hybrid Opportunities

Responsibilities:

✅ Conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
✅ Providing supervision and training to team members, including Peak Behavioral Center assigned, family members, and stakeholders who support the clients success
✅ Implementing and overseeing ABA therapy programs in clinic and remotely to prioritize behavior reduction, skill acquisition and generalization
✅ Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support client progress
✅ Analyze data to monitor client outcomes and adjust treatment plans to ensure success of the client and family
✅ Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines set by the BACB and PBS policies

Qualifications:

✅ Must have active BCBA or BCaBA certification and be in good standing with the BACB
✅ Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Reliable transportation, internet, and workspace to be in clinic/work remotely
✅ Ability to actively engage with clients, sit on the floor, go from sitting to standing unassisted and lift up to 50lbs

What we Offer:

✅Competitive Pay- $85,000 - $95,000 Base based on experience. With bonuses, potential pay can be $115,000 annually for full time positions. Full and Part Time Positions available.
