```Duties```
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Provide support to students in various areas, including behavior management and classroom management
- Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students
- Assist with curriculum development and implementation, including preparing materials and resources
- Support students with individualized learning needs, providing additional assistance as required
- Supervise students during recess, lunchtime, and other non-instructional periods
- Collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience for students

```Experience```
- Previous experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and best practices
- Knowledge of literacy education and math concepts for young children
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and promote positive social interactions among students
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff members
- Ability to adapt to the needs of individual students and provide appropriate support
