  • Licensed as an LCSW in the state of Oregon; master's degree in counseling and licensed (LPC)
  • Collaborate with mental health providers
  • Demonstrate proficiency using DSM-IV-TR, DSM V, and ICD-10
  • FQHC facility; HPSA score of 22
  • Monday through Friday work schedule from 8 am - 5 pm; possible 4-day work week
  • Ability to exert up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently
