TEEMA is partnering with a leading provider of autism and behavioral health services to hire passionate and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). This is a direct-hire opportunity with a well-established organization offering mentorship, career growth and long-term support.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R) and create individualized treatment plans

• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs and behavior technicians

• Monitor progress, adjust goals, and communicate regularly with families and caregivers

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team focused on quality and client success

• Deliver services in a center-based setting

Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification

• Utah license or ability to obtain
