We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. This role involves providing support through various therapeutic methods, crisis intervention, and case management. The Social Worker will work closely with clients in various settings, including hospitals and community environments, to promote well-being and facilitate access to necessary resources.
Duties
- Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on mental health issues such as PTSD and other trauma-related conditions.
- Implement crisis intervention strategies to assist clients in immediate distress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and community organizations to coordinate care and support services.
- Engage in data collection and documentation of client progress for effective case management.
- Offer home community care services to clients who require assistance in their living environments.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions aimed at fostering peer support and shared experiences among clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions with clients.
Qualifications
- A degree in Social Work or a related field is required; licensure may be preferred or required based on state regulations.
- Experience in special education or working with diverse populations is a plus.
- Strong skills in psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management are essential.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment while maintaining a client-centered approach.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
