**** $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS ****

SCHEDULE: Exempt; Full-time; 40 hours per week; Monday-Friday

Myrtue Behavioral Health understands that excellent mental health care requires a healthy and equipped team. Our clinic works diligently to create a staff environment that is sustainable, enriching and supportive. Our tight-knit team of therapists, psychiatric practitioners, community support providers and office staff work closely together to provide high quality, evidence-based mental healthcare across the spectrum of ages and presenting concerns.

We are looking for a licensed mental health therapist who shares our passion for meeting our clients where they are and helping them move toward healing and wholeness. Therapists offer individual, couples, family and group therapy. Our therapy team also works within the broader health system of Myrtue Medical Center, including consultation for other departments, supporting crisis care as needed and collaborating with primary care providers.

Requirements

Must be licensed in good standing in the state of Iowa: LMHC, LISW or LMFT (provisional licensees accepted). Strong verbal and written communication; Ability to integrate cultural considerations; Effective time management skills; Strong understanding and commitment to follow HIPPA requirements; Commitment to act with professionalism, confidentiality and integrity; Ability to document using electronic health records; Willingness to participate in ongoing education to enhance clinical abilities; Desire to work collaboratively with others.
