Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and adaptable Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing outpatient pediatric behavioral health team in North Carolina. In this role, you will conduct behavioral health screenings, full psycho-social evaluations, and deliver individualized and group therapy to children and adolescents. You will be instrumental in shaping the early structure of our clinic, collaborating closely with leadership to refine clinical operations and improve service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial behavioral health screenings (PQ assessments) and comprehensive psychosocial evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions for pediatric patients.
• Provide individual and group therapy services focused on behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs.
• Accurately document patient encounters in AdvancedMD (or similar EHR) in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to optimize clinical workflows and enhance program development.
• Participate in community engagement activities, including open houses and outreach events.

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina.
• 1-2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably with pediatric, adolescent, or Medicaid populations.
• Proficiency in delivering therapy across individual and group settings with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills; familiarity with EMRs.
• Flexibility and resilience to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Medicaid billing and startup clinic environments.
• Background in school-linked, daycare, or after-school behavioral health programs.

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour lunch).
