Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial behavioral health screenings (PQ assessments) and comprehensive psychosocial evaluations.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver ongoing therapeutic interventions for pediatric patients.
- Provide individual and group therapy services focused on behavioral, emotional, and developmental needs.
- Accurately document patient encounters in AdvancedMD (or similar EHR) in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with colleagues to optimize clinical workflows and enhance program development.
- Participate in community engagement activities, including open houses and outreach events.
Qualifications:
- Active, unrestricted LCSW license in North Carolina.
- 1-2+ years of post-licensure clinical experience, preferably with pediatric, adolescent, or Medicaid populations.
- Proficiency in delivering therapy across individual and group settings with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills; familiarity with EMRs.
- Flexibility and resilience to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Medicaid billing and startup clinic environments.
- Background in school-linked, daycare, or after-school behavioral health programs.
