Requirements
We're seeking a dedicated LCSW who meets the following:
Licensure: Any active state license accepted.
Experience: At least 2 years of independent clinical social work practice within the past 5 years in a mental health setting (working with adults, children, or teens as applicable).
Skills:
Expertise in conducting psychosocial assessments and providing treatment to diverse populations.
Ability to offer various therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy.
Certification: Active BLS certification.
Core Responsibilities
In this rewarding role, you'll:
Provide counseling and psychotherapy to individuals, groups, and families.
Perform psychosocial evaluations to address emotional, behavioral, and developmental concerns.
Deliver therapy across a range of modalities, including play, group, and family therapy.
Support children, adolescents, and families dealing with:
Adjustment disorders, anxiety, and attention deficit disorders.
Emotional trauma, abuse, eating disorders, and medical-related psychological challenges.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide the best care for patients.
