Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation:

  • $75–$90/hour, based on experience

  • Bonus opportunities available

  • Potential for expanded caseload and leadership roles

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

  • Supervise and train Behavior Technicians

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP)

  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress

  • Maintain documentation that meets clinical and ethical standards

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:

  • Active BCBA certification in New Jersey

  • Master’s degree in ABA or a related field

  • Prior experience in home-based or community ABA services

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Passion for helping children and families succeed
