Farm Compliance Specialist – Rogers, AR

About the Role:
Do you know the difference between a commodity egg and a farm-fresh egg? Do you enjoy a mix of farm visits and office work? If so, let’s talk! We’re looking for a Farm Compliance Specialist who understands layer chickens and egg production and can help ensure our farms meet the highest compliance and quality standards.

This role is based in Rogers, AR, with regular travel to farms a few hours away.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct audits and inspections across 100+ farms in multiple states, identifying areas for improvement and managing corrective actions.
Visit farms, plants, hatcheries, and partners to assess facility conditions, sanitation, and operational efficiency.
Inform farmers about new procedures, techniques, government regulations, and company requirements.
Develop and maintain a Farm Onboarding & Training program for all Happy Egg farmers.
Support the Compliance and Supply Chain Teams with various tasks and data analysis.
Report and analyze compliance metrics, including feed and feed mill data.
Conduct regulatory and compliance testing on farms.
Work with agencies to audit and certify Happy Egg farms.
Travel required: Approximately 75%.

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of experience preferred, especially in poultry or animal manufacturing.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with farmers.
Flexible and adaptable to changing farm conditions and schedules.
Passion for compliance, quality assurance, and farm operations.

You’ll Really Impress Us If You:

Have knowledge of state and federal regulations like NPIP.
Have hands-on experience working on a poultry farm or hatchery.
Are familiar with animal welfare standards and compliance practices.
