Established in 1992, Preventative Aftercare provides home-based services to keep families together by supporting at-risk children, youth, and adolescents in their homes, schools, and communities.
- We seek community-based in-home Mental Health Workers and Professionals to serve a caseload of 7-10 youth and families referred by Children & Youth Services or Juvenile Probation.
- Services focus on trauma-informed care, safety, stability, and collaboration with community agencies using evidence-based practices.
- Requirements include a Bachelor's (Mental Health Worker) or Master's degree (Mental Health Professional) in related fields, with preferred but not required 2+ years of experience and licensure.
- Candidates must reside near the county, have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and be flexible with schedules.
