About Job

Join Our Compassionate ABA Team in Hampton Roads

We are a small, close-knit company providing in-home ABA therapy for children with autism throughout the Hampton Roads area. Our team is driven by empathy, professionalism, and a deep commitment to making meaningful differences in the lives of families we serve.

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and a strong work-life balance within a supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct in-home assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
  • Deliver therapy sessions in homes, daycares, or community settings using evidence-based strategies.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary treatment adjustments.
  • Collaborate with caregivers, RBTs, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and effective support.
  • Provide training and supervision to direct staff and caregivers.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

What We’re Looking For

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
  • Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
  • Proficiency in ABA therapy, behavior modification, and clinical documentation.
  • Strong data collection and interpretation skills.
  • Familiarity with special education practices.
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to family-centered care.

Schedule and Expectations

  • Typical workweek is Monday through Friday, with flexibility in scheduling.
  • No weekend work required — our office is fully closed on Saturdays to promote work-life balance.
  • 30 billable hours per week are expected, with supportive infrastructure to help you meet that goal.
  • Administrative work is done remotely, while direct services are delivered in person or through Telehealth.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary range: $85,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience.
  • Time off:
  • Two weeks (10 days) of paid time off per year.
  • Approximately 10 paid holidays annually (dates may vary year to year).
  • Flexibility: 75% remote work, 25% in-person services.
  • Supportive culture: You’ll be part of a respectful, collaborative, and mission-driven team.

Why Join Us

  • Meaningful work that directly impacts children and families in your community.
  • Flexible scheduling that allows for a balanced lifestyle.
  • A collaborative, encouraging team that values your input and growth.
  • A work culture built around empathy, excellence, and respect.
