Join Our Compassionate ABA Team in Hampton Roads
We are a small, close-knit company providing in-home ABA therapy for children with autism throughout the Hampton Roads area. Our team is driven by empathy, professionalism, and a deep commitment to making meaningful differences in the lives of families we serve.
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who values flexibility, autonomy, and a strong work-life balance within a supportive environment.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions in homes, daycares, or community settings using evidence-based strategies.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary treatment adjustments.
- Collaborate with caregivers, RBTs, and other professionals to ensure cohesive and effective support.
- Provide training and supervision to direct staff and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
What We’re Looking For
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Proficiency in ABA therapy, behavior modification, and clinical documentation.
- Strong data collection and interpretation skills.
- Familiarity with special education practices.
- Empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to family-centered care.
Schedule and Expectations
- Typical workweek is Monday through Friday, with flexibility in scheduling.
- No weekend work required — our office is fully closed on Saturdays to promote work-life balance.
- 30 billable hours per week are expected, with supportive infrastructure to help you meet that goal.
- Administrative work is done remotely, while direct services are delivered in person or through Telehealth.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $85,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience.
- Time off:
- Two weeks (10 days) of paid time off per year.
- Approximately 10 paid holidays annually (dates may vary year to year).
- Flexibility: 75% remote work, 25% in-person services.
