We’re looking for a Patient Liaison to join our team and be the first point of contact for our patients.
Role Overview
As a Patient Liaison, you will be the face of our practice, providing an outstanding first impression and building strong, trusting relationships with patients from the moment they reach out. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, educating them about our services, and helping them achieve their aesthetic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for patient calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Provide information to prospective patients about our services, procedures, and process.
- Assist patients in scheduling consultations, surgery, and follow-up appointments.
- Educate patients on our offerings and ensure they have the information needed to make informed decisions.
- Manage phone systems and ensure patients receive prompt and professional service.
- Multitask and manage patient intake paperwork, including verifying basic details.
- Maintain a friendly and supportive tone when interacting with patients and potential leads.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in esthetics or a medical-related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping patients achieve their goals.
- Must enjoy being on the phone, multitasking, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to build rapport with patients and prospective clients.
- A positive, patient-first attitude.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
