About Job

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based ABA program. In this role, you will oversee a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and manage a caseload of 8–10 clients within a structured, supportive clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in applied behavior analysis and experience working with children and individuals with developmental disabilities.

You will work in a large, state-of-the-art clinic that has a capacity to service 80–100 clients, providing access to top-tier resources, collaboration with experienced professionals, and a consistent daily routine. Our three support centers also offer remote supervision and ongoing professional development opportunities.

This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a well-established organization with the potential to advance as we expand into Salt Lake City and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a caseload of 8–10 clients within a clinic-based setting, ensuring individualized and effective ABA therapy.
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and initial/intake evaluations.
  • Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
  • Supervise and support a team of RBTs, providing regular feedback, training, and direct oversight to ensure treatment fidelity.
  • Review and analyze data collected by RBTs to guide clinical decision-making and progress monitoring.
  • Provide ongoing parent and caregiver training, including structured sessions and informal coaching, to support consistency and generalization of treatment goals to the home and community settings.
  • Maintain consistent communication with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordination of care.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and internal documentation standards through accurate and timely record-keeping.
  • Participate in clinic meetings, team consultations, and continuous professional development activities.

Qualifications

  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Experience working in a clinic-based ABA setting preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in supervising RBTs and delivering effective behavioral interventions.
  • Strong skills in behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and data analysis.
  • Experience or training in conducting effective parent and caregiver education.
  • Knowledge of HIPAA and ethical standards related to client confidentiality and professional practice.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and compassionate client care.
