What You’ll Do:

• Provide care management services to individuals in recovery
• Assist in developing support networks and access to community resources
• Maintain accurate documentation and assessments
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and support organizations

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) or willingness to obtain within 6 months
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for helping others achieve their recovery goals
