Job Summary: LPHA Supervisors are responsible for leading the team's service delivery and ensuring the provision of recovery focused, person-centered care with a trauma-informed perspective. LPHA Supervisors operate in a dynamic environment, develop extensive knowledge of community resources, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and cultivate a clinical skill set by forging therapeutic relationships with diverse community members. LPHA Supervisors participate in diagnostic evaluations and provide assessment of strengths, preferences, functional impairments, and symptoms of psychiatric and/or co-occurring disorder(s) to ensure optimal and personalized services. Identifies and implements strategies for ongoing program development and achievement of unit performance measures. Engages staff to ensure the highest quality of care and effective use of provider staff time and resources.
This position is responsible for oversight of assigned program and personnel and may carry an individual case load. May be responsible for supervision of staff within the assigned unit including, but not limited to, areas of client care, self-care, professional development, time management, performance review and feedback. On-call responsibilities may be required depending upon unit protocols. High latitude for independent judgment. This position may have additional duties associated with providing bilingual communication services and requires the completion of a language competency test.
Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Master's degree in a human services field.
Required:
- Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA), LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
- Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Bilingual preferred.
- Two years of managerial experience preferred.
Workdays: Varies.
Workhours: Varies.
Salary: $75,012.08 - $95,632.16 based on licensure plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.
Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.
- Second Shift: $3.25/hour.
- Third Shift: $7.25/hour.
- Weekend Shift: $8.00/hour.
