Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for a Substance Abuse Facilitator located in Monroe, NC. The Substance Abuse Facilitator will be responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans, providing case management, and working with individuals on chemical dependency and relapse prevention. The counselor will also engage in mental health support to ensure comprehensive client care.

• High school diploma
