At AdvantageCare Rehab, we deliver compassionate, goal-driven therapy in home health, skilled nursing, and outpatient settings throughout Ohio, Pennsylvania, & Virginia. As our Liaison, you’ll help expand access to these essential services by connecting with referral partners and ensuring patients receive timely, quality care.

Responsibilities:

What You’ll Do:

Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physician offices, senior living communities, and other referral sources
Promote AdvantageCare Rehab’s therapy services
Serve as the key point of contact between our team and the community
Help grow our footprint while making a meaningful impact on patient care
