Overview:
Autonomy Counseling, PLLC is hiring skilled and compassionate mental health professionals to join our collaborative and supportive team. We’re looking for counselors who are passionate about meaningful, client-centered therapy and want to work with a variety of populations and presenting concerns.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong therapy skills and clinical insight
• Interest in working with diverse diagnoses, including personality disorders, mood disorders, and trauma
• Comfortable seeing a range of clients (children, teens, adults, families, and relationships)
• Receptive to feedback and skilled in healthy conflict resolution
• LGBT+ allied and affirming
• Strong team player with great communication
• Preferred: training or interest in DBT, EMDR, CPT, PE, and/or neurodivergent populations
• Preferred: independently licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LP, etc.) — not required

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual, family, couples, or group therapy based on your specialties
• Develop and maintain personalized, ethical treatment plans
• Accurately complete clinical documentation in a timely manner
• Participate in case consultation and team collaboration
• Maintain appropriate boundaries and uphold professional ethics
• Engage in ongoing learning and professional development
• Contribute positively to a respectful, team-oriented workplace culture

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
