Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our growing Partial Hospitalization Program team. The ideal candidate will provide outpatient therapy and/or support services to individuals, couples, families, and groups across a wide range of emotional and psychological issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning

• Deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to client needs

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with HIPAA and hospital policies

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care

• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities

• Support the hospital’s mission to deliver compassionate, culturally competent care

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field

• Current and valid Nevada licensure as an LMFT or LCSW

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred (newly licensed clinicians may be considered)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
